About me
I am Kai Friedrich – with more than 25 years of leadership experience in banking, brokerage and wealth technology.
As CEO of Consorsbank, DAB BNP Paribas and ebase (today FNZ Bank), I was responsible for strategy, growth, and digital transformation. I have managed large-scale integrations and transformations, always with a focus on innovation and long-term value creation.
Today, I combine this experience with my work as a consultant and executive coach. I am a certified Coach (University) and a licensed fitness trainer, helping leaders strengthen both their mindset and their physical resilience.
I support companies, boards, and executives in navigating strategic challenges, developing sustainable growth paths, and becoming stronger leaders.
Outside the office, I am passionate about endurance & fitness sports - connecting physical with mental strengths: fit body, fit mind.
